The Insides of Our Piano

Our piano is in the process of being repaired. It's lying on its back in our dining room with the action taken out and the keyboard removed. I've never seen the guts of a piano before and I am compelled by its architecture. It's about eighty years old, and cleaned up, it hardly shows its age.
The meaning of life in the place that you live.

When I was a kid, I often would often try to crawl into pianos. They still hold a fascination for me. The architecture and action are beautiful.
